Administration Officer – Flight Operations

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager Flight Operations, you are expected to perform the Administration duties and act as a back up for the Administration Officer (Training). In addition, you are required to support the Flight Operations Team for all the departmental tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process company invoice and payment documentation
General administration duties of planning and coordinating departmental meetings, electronic and physical filling of documents and arranging duty travel logistics for department staff
Other duties assigned by GM, Flight Operations
Outdoor work is required
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above;
2 years' working experience, proven experience as an Administrator in airlines, or in a similar role
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
