Job Description
Reporting to Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, you are expected to develop and lead the e-commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing activities, media planning, promotional campaigns to increase online engagement and meet targeted conversion rate
Responsible for digital and social media platform content development, monitoring and reporting
Oversee budget and ensure campaigns are well implemented
Provide insights on AI data generated and support sales team in driving sales and ancillary revenue
Implement competitor analysis and benchmark
Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance e-commerce and marketing strategy
Holder of a bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, e-Commerce or relevant disciplines
A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in digital marketing. Experience gained in the airline or transportation industry is a distinct advantage
Experienced in digital marketing, e-business, AI, loyalty program development, advertising, promotions, database management
Detail-orientated, ability to work independently and be a good team player
Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate large amount of data
Good communication skill in both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, E-commerce & Marketing
