Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Description
You are expected to maximise passenger revenue by managing inventory and work closely with pricing analyst.  In addition, you will manage overbooking level for flight and fare class inventory, coordinate with airline planning team in capacity management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seat inventory to maximise revenue on one or more routes
Apply overbooking profile on flights to avoid seats spoilage and spillage
Coordinate with Airline Planning on passenger loads versus aircraft capacity
Monitor route pickup and look for ways to improve route revenue
Process and analyse data to find trends and patterns
Work closely with pricing analyst to anticipate competitor activities and monitoring market trends
Requirements
Hong Kong permanent resident status
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, finance, or related field
One year’s relevant experience in analysis, preferably in revenue management or related areas
Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen
Strong initiative and excellent communication skills
High standard of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently and under pressure
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons
