Job Description
You are expected to assist Operations Control Centre Manager in coordinating all activities affecting the day to day functioning of the Operations Control Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Assist OCCM in coordinating all activities affecting the day to day functioning of the OCC
Act as Duty Manager to ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of the daily flight schedule
Resolve operational issues and achieve On-Time-Performance with a focus on flight safety
Coordinate the implementation of crisis response procedures
Deputize as Flight Operations Officer when required
Other duties as assigned by superiors
Hong Kong permanent resident status
Tertiary education in any discipline
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in aviation industry; preferably in flight operations control, flight planning and dispatch or crew rostering and control environment
Knowledge of airline movement control, crew control and/or flight planning systems
Knowledge of Approved Flight Time Limitations Scheme (AFTLS)
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight)
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons
