Job Description
Technical Records Specialist is responsible for ensuring all required regulatory compliance records are entered and validated into AMOS and FLYDocs, and then archived in accordance with HKCAD regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data clean up, error fixing and maintenance of the AMOS database on external requests and own investigation including RRAD and configurations exception handling
Build new and secondhand aircraft & its components into AMOS configuration slots
Compile routine reports, e.g. APU hours, monthly movement report, etc.
Support Engine, APU and Landing Gear model build-up
Update aircraft/engine/APU logbooks
Manage activities and roster duty in Document Control Room and handle document in and out shipment
Provide support in component MR creation/revision
Support aircraft lease return activities and consolidating reports with the data from AMOS
Hong Kong permanent resident status
Minimum pass rate in HKDSE/HKCEE subjects including English Language (Syll. B) and Mathematics or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience, with aircraft component records in AMOS and FlyDocs experience is a definite advantage
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Willing to work irregular hours at peak times of project activity
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons
