Job Description
You are expected to support the Engineering Team for general administrative duties.  In addition, you will manage Riding Engineer logistics and AMOS data entry for Material Management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process company invoice and payment documentation;
Manage and arrange logistics for company Riding Engineers in Hong Kong and overseas;
General administrative duties of planning and coordinating departmental meetings, electronic and physical filing of documents and arranging duty travel logistics for department staff; and
Other duties assigned by GM, Engineering.
Degree or Higher Diploma holder or equivalent;
3 years' working experience, proven experience as an Administrator in airlines, or in a similar role;
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese;
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability;
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
Experienced in project management.
