Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Finance, the successful candidate will mainly work on negotiating transactions, monitoring lease compliance, execution of lease terms and management of day-to-day lease contracts administration.
Key Responsibilities
Source & approach aircraft leasing companies as potential lessors
Manage a portfolio of contracts and be responsible for all aspects of the aircraft contracts administrative process, and ensure all contracts & lease documentation are kept up to date
Coordinate with all parties concerned on negotiation of terms of Letter of Intent (LOI) and lease agreements
Initiate and develop winning negotiation strategies, and be responsible for negotiating and closing transactions
Keep track of latest and future market trends and make recommendations to the Board upon finalising aircraft leasing deals
Holder of a bachelor's degree or above in Aviation, Finance or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience gained in the aircraft leasing industry of which 3 years are in managerial position
Possessing excellent business network within the aircraft leasing industry
Strong business acumen and substantial exposure / extensive experience in aviation leasing and financing
Ability to close aircraft leasing / acquisition transactions
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
