Job Description
As a key member of the team, you are expected to play a vital role in the arrangement and control of flight crew schedules, and in ensuring crew members comply with the Approved Flight Time Limitation Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all aircraft are crewed legally and safely in accordance with CAD371, FRM regulation and company guidelines
Plan, track and monitor crew schedules, movements and standby level
Coordinate daily crew rotation and flight irregularities
Provide flight schedule feedback on crewing aspects
Direct and lead staff members in Crew Scheduling & Control and oversee the roster construction process
Conduct performance measurement on crew roster
Liaise with internal parties to establish and improve relevant procedures for crew operational arrangements such as crew HOTAC and Positioning
Assist in the management of Company projects related to crew scheduling and control
Requirements
Tertiary education or above
A minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge and strong awareness of industry and CAD rules & regulations with a sharp focus on crewing aspects
Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
A team player, with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Leadership ability, with coaching and decision making skills
Willingness to perform shift duties include weekends, public holidays and overnight
Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
