Job Description
The successful candidate is expected to assist the Sales Team in executing sales strategies, maximising flight revenue and meeting key performance indicators by providing excellent customer services and total solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the airline’s ‘Reservation & Ticketing’ (R&T) standards and update related policies and procedures
Monitor and manage the overall performance of call centre, including KPI setting and monthly performance review with our external vendors
Assist the Sales team in identifying potential market segments and new product development
Provide administrative support to managing capacity for maximising flight revenue
Liaise with Revenue Management on ad hoc fare applications
Prepare various business reports and conduct analysis to identify market trends
Ensure distribution of Fare Sheets to the marketplace in a timely manner
Requirements
DSE / F.7 graduates or above
A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the aviation industry
Possessing strong airline R&T knowledge is a MUST
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, independent, excellent analytical skill and be able to work under pressure
