Job Description
Reporting to Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, you are expected to assist the Commercial team in developing the reservation & ticketing manual.
Key Responsibilities
Develop reservation & ticketing manual, with definitions and handling procedures in reservation, ticketing, queue handling, service handling and baggage handling
Work with other Departments within the company to develop disruption handling procedures, such as flight protection rules and handling and general waivers
Involve in the work-group for disaster and crisis management
Act as subject matter experts and attend to internal Departments’ enquiries on reservations and ticketing related matters
Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in business, economics or related discipline
Experienced in developing reservation & ticketing manual
Experienced in flight booking and sales reporting
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications
A good team player working collaboratively with others
Able to work independently and under pressure
