Job Description
The role will act as the core member to develop Revenue Management Systems and implement leading edge revenue management (“RM”) functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RM systems and tools, including documentation, implementation, configuration, and business rules
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth integration of RM systems with existing infrastructure
- Perform vendors sourcing and evaluation as well as negotiate the contract terms and conditions towards the business objectives
- Collect various data sources and user requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and hence to provide meaningful recommendations on the development of system workflow
- Monitor and assess system performance, identifying issues and implementing solutions to optimize system functionality
- Analyze data from revenue management systems to identify airline pricing trends, demand patterns, and sales opportunities for revenue optimization
- Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including RM, Sales & Marketing, and Finance for supporting revenue growth strategies
- Collaborate with vendors and participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure system integrity and stability
- Provide support and conduct regular training for RM users to ensure a thorough understanding of system features and functionality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in IT studies or business administration
- 5+ years or above experience in aviation industry with strong background on revenue management functions
- Familiar with the workflow and operation principles of revenue management, with knowledge in RMS tools, e.g. AirRM, Kambr, etc.
- Experience in system administration, implementation and operation analysis is an advantage
- Excellent in data analyze with sizable and complex data, and good knowledge in reporting tools, e.g. Tableau, MS PowerBI, SQL, etc.
- Strong in project management and analysis skill, multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
