Job Description

Your role is to assist the HR team in providing full spectrum of HR services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit administration, etc.
  • Provide support in HRMS implementation and administration
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports/analytics
  • Assist in annual exercises and ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Perform any other HR related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in HR operations preferably from a sizable organisation
  • Conversant with the employment related ordinances in Hong Kong
  • Prior experience in HRMS implementation/administration and/or payroll/benefits administration will be an advantage
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience in using HRMS will be an advantage
  • A good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
