Job Description

You are expected to work with key business units to create a successful omni channel customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with key business units to create a successful omni channel customer experience
  • Evaluate business pipeline dependencies, risk and success factors for accomplishing business goals
  • Coordinate with business unit, business partner and supplier to prepare IT investment business case and also secure quality resources for project delivery
  • Identify and minimise any expectation gaps between stakeholders, suppliers and peers before project starts
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital experience in airlines and hospitality industry and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions/technologies to maintain an efficient, sleek digital experience to customers
  • Lead and facilitate data analytics requirements collection with users, hands-on experience in analytics tools is a plus
  • Ensure a transparent, project portfolio report be shared to stakeholders timely
  • Manage operating cost and budget

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years of IT experience of which at least 3 years in customer experience program lead role
  • Technical proficiency in hardware and system software, as well as experience in implementing packages and working with vendors
  • Project management related certification such as PMP, professional certification such as UI/XI, ICP, PMI-ACP, CMS, ITSM, PRINCE, is an asset
  • Experience in managing omni channel customer experience programs for airlines, hospitality or any travel loyalty businesses. Airline industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Highly motivated and have passion to drive the outcome
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Business Analyst
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons
