Terms and Conditions

1. The fares are eligible for passengers paying adult fares. Each fare includes three (3) round-trip tickets for the same passenger on the above-listed journey combination.
2. All three (3) tickets must be issued at the same time.
3. All three (3) round-trip journeys must be reserved with a confirmed flight/date.
4. The ticket is valid for zero (0) to fourteen (14) days for each round-trip journey.
5. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
6. Seats are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Booking will be made under Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) «T» class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking.
8. Once the ticket is issued, rebooking is not allowed for the first round-trip ticket. For the 2^nd and 3^rd round-trip tickets, we allow rebooking once without charge. HKD 500/per time per ticket rebooking fee will be collected from 2^nd time change. You must contact your ticket issuance office for rebooking.
9. Ticket must be rebooked and reissued two (2) hours before the ticketed flight/date/time.  Otherwise, an extra no-show Fee will be charged at HKD 500 per passenger, per flight segment.
10. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
11. The passenger needs to pay the applicable fuel surcharges and taxes at the time of ticketing.
12. For an accompanying child, infant occupying a seat, or infant not occupying a seat, the same rate for an adult passenger applies.
13. The ticket includes a twenty-kilogram (20kg) check-in baggage allowance.
14. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
15. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a round-trip, the returning flight will still be valid. However, no refund will be given for the missed outbound sector, except for unused taxes.
16. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
17.  If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
