Job Description
The primary responsibility is to oversee and supervise the recruitment process and licensing conversion process for flight crew. The main objectives include formulating effective recruitment strategies, identifying and evaluating potential candidates, maintaining a pool of talented individuals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and consistently enhancing the recruitment procedures.
This role plays a vital part in attracting and selecting highly skilled flight crew members to guarantee the safety and efficiency of flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Solid experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Solid knowledge in sourcing and evaluating the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment strategies, especially onboarding technology platforms
- Experience in the development and implementation of social media campaigns
- Manage job adverts, screening of candidates, interview preparation, and extending job offers
- Sound knowledge of manpower allocation and budget forecasting
- Sound knowledge in Flight crew licencing matters, including medical renewals and Crew Member Certificates
- Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Maintain liaison with HKIMM on work visas and HKCAD on crew licencing matters
- Maintain records and statistical reports for data analysis and validation of internal processes
- Review, and streamline policies, processes, and practices to ensure their effectiveness
- Perform any duties as deemed necessary by the Chief Pilot or Flight Crew Resources Manager
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Tertiary education and/ or relevant professional qualifications
- An ability to present data in a professional environment
- Highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of both oral and written English, and working knowledge of the Chinese language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Organised and detail-minded
- Experience in handling work visa application process is highly preferred
- Team player, while able to work independently and as an integral member
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years of Aviation and/ or Flight Crew Qualifications knowledge
- Strong ethical and reliability
- Ability to work under stress with good time management
