Departure and Arrival Gates Notice

Please be advised that our scheduled arrival and departure gates will be assigned to Gate 201-230 in Terminal 1, with effect from 31 October 2023 (Tuesday), and possibly to be assigned to the rest of the gates in the Terminal 1.  Please reserve ample time, at least 30 minutes to reach your boarding gate* before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process. Passengers may check the latest status of their flights via the Hong Kong International Airport’s Official Website, at the Flight Information Display System, or approach our staff at check-in counters. 

* Boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to departure.

How to Get to the Boarding Gate

Under operation hour* from 06:00 to 01:00 (HKT), you may take the Automated People Mover (APM) to get to your boarding gate.

Under non-APM operation hour, you may take Shuttle Bus to get to your boarding gate.
