Job Description

You are expected to perform flight dispatch services and support department management for OCC learning and development programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials relate to OCC trainings
• Coordinate and deliver OCC in-house theoretical knowledge instructions and trainings
• Assist maintenance of OCC business systems including but not limited to preparing business cases, change requests, and conducting system integration tests and user acceptance tests
• Stand in for Operations Control Officer as required
• Assist Supervisor, OCC to control the daily operations to ensure safe, effective, and economical operations of Company aircraft
• Execute specific tasks as required by superiors

Requirements

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Tertiary education in any discipline 
• Hold or have held in ICAO-recognised professional flight crew licence
• 1-2 years’ airlines working experience is desirable but not essential • Minimum ICAO English Level 4
• Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
