Job Description

You are expected to provide general support to Marketing and Sales Department particularly the administrative work in support of sales and marketing activities for head office and outport offices

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in administration work within the Marketing and Sales Department
  • Coordinate and support marketing activities especially for trade events, and other exhibitions arrangement
  • Assist in handling reporting for TRP daily sales
  • Prepare and consolidate for sales report for Sales Team to conduct performance review and insights
  • Support in preparation of forms and internal documents for filing purposes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by General Manager Marketing & Sales

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience as an administrative officer or marketing assistant
  • Strong knowledge in excel including use of pivot tables
  • Strong proficiency in MS powerpoint and MS PowerBI 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and with good business sense
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua being an advantage
