Job Description

Reporting to General Manager, Marketing and Sales, you are expected to manage the marketing teams of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications and creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing teams
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and digital strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g. events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials)
• Analyse consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, new products and features)
• Manage all social media efforts to boost brand awareness
• Improve and differentiate customer experience while considering the impact on operations
• Provide guardianship of the customer by critically analysing their needs to accurately inform company strategies
• Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and communicate a compelling vision of the future of customer experience and service
• Collaborate in discussions with internal teams to influence direction and align delivery to optimise the user experience


• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business Management related field 
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing role, of which at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Established skills in providing high levels of customer service where you have utilised your leadership experience to achieve targets on an individual and team basis
• Experience with CRM systems
• A practical mind to find solutions with a curiosity to continuously improve and innovate

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
