Job Description

Reporting to General Manager, Marketing and Sales, you are expected to manage overall revenue optimisation with the increased scale of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for flight level revenue optimisation by properly valuing passengers and forecasting future demand levels
  • Manage the team to monitor and update flight level demand through the analysis of historical and future booking trends, the pricing environment, industry capacity trends, competitive landscape, and other factors
  • Analysis of booking trend and provide management insights on sales strategies
  • Evaluate performance and post-departure trends to identify and leverage future opportunities while improving the revenue potential for each market
  • Performing frequent ad-hoc analyses related to the assigned markets and assist with capacity decision making for future months
  • Communicate market performance results to senior management
  • Collaborate with Planning and other teams to ensure alignment on market level strategies

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Data Analytics or related field 
  • A minimum of 10 years in Airline Revenue Management field with strong commercial acumen.  Experience in commercial aviation will be an advantage
  • Excellent communicator with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and across all functions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
