Job Description
You are expected to support the Corporate Quality team in the development, maintenance and implementation of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements of Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Operations Specifications, continuous conformance with industry standards and continuous improvements of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and management of the IOSA programme
- Support the coordination and management of the Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) programme that provides for auditing, evaluation and review of the Company management system
- Develop and monitor the execution of the annual operational audit plan
- Monitor safety compliance to ensure the Company's policy, process, and procedures meet safety regulations, standards and industry best practices
- Conduct internal audits and inspections
- Support the audit or inspection relation to government covid compliance requirements
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Company Quality Management Database to ensure standardised use for recording keep and communications
- Prepare QMS-related data for Management Review and tracking QMS-related performance
- Support the quality and security promotion campaign
- Undertake any projects directed by Head of Corporate Quality, Safety and Security
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferably in aviation) or holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Mechanic licence or Commercial Pilot Licence or Air Transportation Pilot Licence or Air Traffic Controller
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in aviation roles related to Safety Security Compliance, Quality or Safety Management System
- Familiar with aviation regulatory requirements and the airline's operational policies and procedures
- Familiar with Aviation Quality/Safety Audit
- Familiar with the IOSA programme
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, self–motivated and able to work under pressure
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed, candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Quality Officer
