Rebooking and Cancellations
General terms and conditions
- Fares, government taxes, surcharges, and fees are charged per passenger and per ticket.
- Fares are subject to our current availability and may not be guaranteed until payment is completed.
- All fares, government taxes, surcharges and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rebooking and rerouting are not permitted.
- The fare does not include baggage allowance.
- Open ticket is not allowed. Reservations are required for all sectors.
- Passengers must use the ticket in the order of the listed itinerary; otherwise, the ticket will become invalid, and the fare for unused sector(s) will not be refunded.
- Minimum and maximum stay - applicable to booking classes X/T/E: min stay: 0-2 day and max stay: 7-14 days, subject to individual orders, please refer to ticket details.
- The new fare policy will only apply to ticket issued on or after March 18, 2025.
For tickets originated from all countries/areas
- Tickets are only valid for the reserved flight(s) and date(s), which cannot be changed.
- Tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued for any unused fares and surcharges. Unused Taxes included in the ticket may be refundable.
For Korea originated ticket only
- When the new itinerary results in a higher fare, fare & taxes differences will also be collected. If your new itinerary results in a lower fare, no differences will be refunded.
- Change or cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time, or it will be counted as No-Show.
- In the event of no-show, no show fee will be charged on top of the rebooking fee, any applicable fare & taxes differences and cancellation fee.
- Changes with Rebooking fee KRW60,000 per passenger per flight segment.
- No-show fee KRW60,000.
- Cancellation fee:
From 90 days to 61 days before departures : KRW 60,000.
From 60 days to 2 hours before departure: KRW 60,000. - Penalty will be waived if refund request made within 24 hours of purchase for wholly unused ticket(s). This policy applies to tickets purchased directly through the Greater Bay Airlines website, mobile app, or local agencies in Korea.

Within 48 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time or after flight departure: A charge of HKD1400 per ticket per transaction. - Tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued for any unused fares and surcharges. Unused Taxes included in the ticket may be refundable.
For Korea originated ticket only
- When the new itinerary results in a higher fare, fare & taxes differences will also be collected. If your new itinerary results in a lower fare, no differences will be refunded.
- Change or cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time, or it will be counted as No-Show.

Within 2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time or after flight departure: Changes are allowed with a charge of HKD600 per ticket per transaction. - Tickets are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any unused fares and surcharges. Unused Taxes included in the ticket may be refundable.
For Korea Originated Ticket only
- Change or cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time, or it will be counted as No-Show.
- Change is allowed without charge.
