How to manage Online Check-in?

Your electronic ticket number is 13 digits long, such as "2830000000001".  Online check-in service is available from 24 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 

To enhance your experience, we recommend passengers use the GBA Mobile app to complete the check-in and save a screenshot of the QR code. If you choose to use the official website for online check-in, please print the English version of the electronic boarding pass on A4-sized blank paper after completing the check-in process.

Passengers may check-in online from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before flight departure via Online Check-in

Alternatively, you can check-in at the airport. Please note that check-in counters opening and closing times may vary by location, subject to local airport restrictions. You are advised to check the specific airport information page of your departure airport for the latest information.

 

Passengers with valid e-tickets may use online check-in, except for passengers with special requests, or requiring special assistance such as wheelchair service or medical assistance. They are required to proceed to the airport check-in counters for flight check-in.

Online check-in is not available for tour group passengers. Please note that seating for tour group passengers shall be arranged by the airline.

Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before flight departure. Passengers with check-in baggage are required to arrive at the airport check-in counters at least 20 minutes prior to counter closure; passengers who fail to show up on time may not be able to check-in for their baggage.

Yes, you can cancel your online check-in via  Manage Booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Normal situation

Please use one of the following methods to get and print your boarding pass(es):

  • Self-printed boarding pass, after completion of online check-in.
  • At airport check-in counters.

No, Prepaid meals are only available for purchase up to 48 hours before flight departure.

Prepaid Baggage can be purchased up to 4 hours before flight departure. 

Prepaid seats can be purchased up to 24 hours before flight departure. 

If you want to purchase a seat or extra baggage allowance after completed online check-in, you are required to :

  • Cancel your online check-in via Manage Booking platform.
  • Purchase the seat and/or extra baggage allowance and proceed to payment on the same platform.
  • Follow the web-prompts to check-in your flight online again.
