Safety and Emergency Procedures Training Supervisor

Job Description

This position is expected to conduct SEP courses for Pilot and Cabin Crew and any other safety related tasks as determined by the Company and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to meet the required regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides practical training in the classroom, onboard the aircraft, training mock-up and at outsourced training units
  • Maintains and update all Cabin Crew training records and training manuals as required. Carryout administrative tasks as required
  • Assesses, monitors, coaches, and provides individual Pilot and Cabin Crew in the classroom with performance related feedback
  • Develops and constructs lesson plans, handout and training aids that encourage and stimulate the crew’s learning process
  • Conducts phase testing followed by controlled written and practical examinations
  • If required, operate flights to conduct line checks. Reports hazards and occurrences via safety reporting system
  • Conducts checks on Pre-flight briefing regarding safety and emergency procedures
  • Ensures high standard of safety and emergency procedures is implemented at all times in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Shall have tertiary or above education
  • Cabin Crew working experience is an advantage
  • Completion of Train-the-Trainer course
  • Previous safety and emergency training qualification is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Good command of MS office PC skills
  • Good swimmer and no fear of height

  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
