The successful candidates will undergo our Management Trainee Programme for developing a home-grown pool of all-round aviation professionals with potential to be future leaders.  Our Management Trainees will be provided with ample opportunities to acquire the skills and professional expertise to grow with the new airline leading up to management positions.

Requirements

1. Hong Kong permanent resident status
2. Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3. Preferably with at least 1 or 2 years of working experience; exposure to the aviation industry is an added advantage
4. Highly motivated with passion and commitment to develop a career in the aviation industry
5. Strong business acumen, an innovative and strategic thinker with organisational and analytical ability
6. Fast learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative as a team player
7. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
