Travel Documents

Passport
When travelling on our flights, passengers must carry their own passport / applicable travel document, including children and infants under two years old. Your passport must be valid for the full duration of your journey. Please note that many countries have additional requirements on passport validity, and may require the passport to be valid for up to 6 months. We recommend passengers to visit the official website of the designated country for specific passport validity requirements.

Visa
Depending on your nationality, purpose of visit, and your connecting flights, you may need a visa (if applicable) to enter your country of destination. Please note that entry requirements may vary greatly by country and are subject to change at any time.

If you need a visa for your journey, you can apply directly with the consular office of the country you want to travel to. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any required visa for travelling from your departure and destination country, as well as any transit country.
