Job Description

You are expected to perform Centralized Load Control duty and supervise the load control handling processes during the aircraft turnaround with the objective to achieve operational efficiency, ramp safety and security, and on time performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure and/or monitor the day-to-day Ramp handling procedures and load sheet performance meet the IOSA requirements and Company standards
  • Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and company requirements ensuring safety and security of the operation
  • Responsible for the implementation of the changes and ensure that the policies are outlines in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Higher Diploma in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field
  • Possesses aviation or airline experience preferably but not a mandate
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Work under pressure and independently
  • Perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
  • Able to travel overseas extensively, as and when required
