Adjustment of Check-in Counter and Smart Check-in Kiosk Service Hours at Hong Kong International Airport

Starting 18 March 2025, the service hours of Greater Bay Airlines’ check-in counters and smart check-in kiosks at Hong Kong International Airport will be adjusted. The check-in counters will operate between 3 hours and 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time while the smart check-in kiosks will operate between 24 hours and 1 hour 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time for check-in.
