Service Hours Adjustment of Check-in Counters at Hong Kong International Airport

The service hours of GBA's smart check-in kiosks and check-in counters at Hong Kong International Airport have been adjusted. Smart check-in kiosks will close 75 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time, while check-in counters will close 60 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. Please allow sufficient time for check-in procedures.

 

 

Regarding the refund of an unused and expired ticket:

  • The ticket is valid for one year from the issuance date for unused tickets or one year from the first departure date for partially used tickets.
  • The refund request should be submitted within 30 days of the ticket expiration date. Requests submitted after this period can only be refunded for Airport Taxes.
  • Airport taxes on unused tickets are fully refundable (excluding fuel surcharge).
