REVENUE CONTROL MANAGER
Job Description
You are expected to maximize passenger revenue across the network by managing pricing, revenue planning and route revenue control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to analyze demand trends and sets dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each route
- Set up processes and systems to track revenue, monitor route/flight revenue performance, develop forecasting models, analyze traffic flown
- Lead the route controller to monitor competitor pricing and route performance, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market
- Track key revenue metrics, identify underperforming flights, and implement corrective measures to improve profitability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, they align pricing with promotions and target high-value customer segments
- Optimize flight inventory by adjusting capacity and fare levels across different markets and seasons to maximize yield
- Track booking trends and assess the impact of news, events, and external factors on demand fluctuations
- Analyze competitor pricing, economic shifts, and market trends to proactively adapt revenue strategies
- Coordinate with Airline Planning and Operations Control during disruptions to adjust schedules and update the Revenue Management System accordingly
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree or or equivalent, degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics discipline will be advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant airline experience with knowledge of airline revenue management
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Experience in airline PSS and pricing system is preferable
- Knowledge of airline reservations system, eg: Travelsky, Natvitiare, Altea etc, is definite advantage
- Independent, adapt quick, high team spirit and good communication
