Job Description

You are expected to perform Crew Scheduling and Control services and oversight duties related to Crew assignment and Crew Communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish crew rosters in a timely manner
  • Ensure all flights are crewed adequately, legally and safety in accordance with regulatory
  • Make changes to crew rosters to manage abnormal and disrupted operations
  • Manage allocation of crew leave requests
  • Maintain crew records of days off, flying and duty hours
  • Produce crew productivity reports and utilization statistics
  • Perform other relevant duties as instructed by superiors

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • 1-2 years' airline or airport working experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
