QUALITY, SAFETY AND SECURITY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Job Description

You are expected to provide administrative support to all the teams in the Corporate Quality, Safety and Security Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform dedicated administrative task from Quality Safety and Security Management System process
  • Data management of Quality and Safety Database System
  • Assist for drafting the departmental budget
  • Planning and coordination of the department meeting
  • Undertake any projects directed from Head of Corporate Quality, Safety and Security

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Aviation Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as administrative assistant or equivalent, preferably in aviation industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A good team player, with strong interpersonal communication skills 
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcomed

  7.
