Passengers with valid e-tickets may use online check-in, except for passengers with special requests, or requiring special assistance such as wheelchair service or medical assistance. They are required to proceed to the airport check-in counters for flight check-in.
Online check-in is not available for tour group passengers. Please note that seating for tour group passengers shall be arranged by the airline.

- Cancel your online check-in via Manage Booking platform.
- Purchase the seat and/or extra baggage allowance and proceed to payment on the same platform.
- Follow the web-prompts to check-in your flight online again.
