Job Description

You are expected to assist in handling passenger revenue accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for passenger revenue accounting tasks, such as sales report audit, receivable, refund handling and interline billing etc.
  • Reconcile the sales report and the bank
  • Report for cases of non-compliance and irregularity and make recommendations on risk control
  • Monitor ticket stock control and distribution
  • Provide support to overseas offices on revenue accounting matters
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a Diploma in Accounting / Finance or above
  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in accounting
  • Experience in airlines and knowledge of revenue accounting is an advantage
  • Able to meet financial closing deadlines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of general financial systems
  • A team plater with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Ticketing is an advantage

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
