ADMINISTRATION OFFICER / SECRETARY
Job Description
You are expected to provide all round administrative / secretarial support to the designated department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administration tasks for the department
- Schedule and coordinate events for the department such as meetings and any activities as required
- Arrange duty travel arrangements
- Assist the team members in communicating with different departments and querying information
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience, airlines experience will be advantage
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office application
- A good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-tasking
