TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) is expanding and is introducing a new aircraft type.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Hong Kong’s newest carrier.

GBA is expanding its procurement activities with the establishment of the Procurement Team. The candidate is expected to own supplier management / relationship and procure services and products required to support the airlines operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end sourcing processes, from market research, RFI / RFP preparation, negotiation, evaluation and compliance to internal process to contracting
• Working with business units on supplier performance measurements for managing on-going supplier relationships, and continually seeking improvements from the supply market
• Business travel is required
• Other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• University graduate; with preferably in engineering, business or procurement related degree would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role preferably in airlines industry
• Good supplier management, negotiation, influencing and commercial skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure for tight schedule
