Job Description
You are expected to assist to develop and enhance ground operations processes and procedures in ramp and load control handling to achieve excellent service, safety and security requirements according to regulatory and Company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to develop and enhance ground operations processes and procedures in Ramp and Load Control handling to achieve excellent service, safety and security requirements according to regulatory and Company standards
- Assist to develop and enhance the ground operations training package including but not limited to policy, material, content, licensing, recording and procedures all meet regulatory and company requirements
- Assist to prepare and participate of maintaining IOSA register and compliance in Ground Services perspective
- Responsible for the implementation of the changes and ensure that the policies are outlines in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures
- Ensure and/or monitor the day-to-day Ramp handling procedures and load sheet performance meet the IOSA requirements and company standard
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Higher Diploma in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ aviation or airline experience, preferably with supervisory experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Work under pressure and independently
- Perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
- Able to travel overseas extensively, as and when required
