Job Description
Your role is to assist Crew Scheduling and Control Manager in monitoring the day-to-day crew scheduling activities, liaise with OCC and parties concerned for crew assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach Crew Rostering Officers
- Review crew rosters to assure operational compliance to regulatory requirements
- Make short term plan to optimize crew resources utilization and deployment
- Manage flight crew training plans
- Plan and execute crew leave allocation
- Analyze schedule feasibility against crew resources to support commercial planning
- Carry out investigations on crewing issues
- Administer crew rostering system, collaborate with vendor to maintain, improve the crew rostering system and develop functionalities
- Where required support Crew Control and OCC during irregular operations
- Participate in rostering projects
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Tertiary education in any discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in crewing functions or flight operational control;
- Good knowledge of flight time limitations
- Good knowledge of crewing procedures and practices
- Working knowledge of crew management system(s)
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
