Line Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
You are expected to perform line maintenance tasks primarily in Hong Kong and may be required to perform riding duties between Hong Kong and outports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance duties during aircraft transits which include but not limited to scheduled maintenance, defect trouble shooting, aircraft inspection, certification, and AOG spare part inspection
- Ensure all maintenance works in aircraft, engines, components, and equipment are recorded and carried out properly
- Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification / deferral
- Establish a good co-operational relationship with local MROs, service providers, and agents
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a Diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and/or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience
- Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in aircraft maintenance with at least 3 years aircraft CRS experience
- Holder of HKAR-66 with 737-800 and/or 737-9 Type Rating in Category B1 (B1 & B2/B2* would be an advantage)
- Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License with Category 1
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Require shift duties on a roster basis
