Job Description

You are expected to working closely with our service providers in Hong Kong and all Line Stations through auditing & survey, oversight that the cabin maintenance and cleaning activities are performed according to GBA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cabin general condition is maintained consistently per GBA CCSM and CCC to the specific level/KPI
  • Assist in resolution of day-to-day technical queries raised in association with cabin defect clearance
  • Assist in manhours benchmarking activity
  • Assist in PMA trial fit check activity
  • Assist in compilation or update of in-house cabin related manuals
  • Assist in training and development of GBA CCSM functions to service providers in Hong Kong and Outstations


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and / or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in aviation industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ of related working experience in airline industry / cabin engineering
  • Knowledge of airline’s cabin maintenance standards & quality, condition and products
  • Excellent command of the English language, addition knowledge of Chinese language is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with all customers, all levels internal and external
