Job Description

You are expected to assist the Manager, Operations to supervise and oversee crewing operation and ensure all crew roster are legal and comply with the CAD requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange Training programme for CSC staff
  • Carry out crew strength study and prepare short-long term manpower plan of both Cockpit and Cabin Crew
  • Draft/review/amend and update CSC policies, procedures and manuals
  • Ensure crew resources are adequate to meet the operations plan
  • Ensure all crew rosters are fully complied with CAD371 and government authorities' requirements
  • Advise rostering and crew control colleagues in all daily operational matters
  • Provide OJT and guidance to his/her CSC sub-ordinates
  • Review the performance of the Crew Management System and provide input to the service vendor


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Degree holder in aviation related discipline
  • At least 12-15 years' of crew rostering and/or crew control experience with at least 5 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor grade
  • Ability to work independently
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
