Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall airport operations to run smoothly and efficiently whilst complying with the established safety, security, and quality standards
  • Manage the cost for the operations at the station
  • Manage and oversee the external service providers’ performance are compliance with the contracts, company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide good customers service by airport staff (including external service providers)
  • Coordinate with airport and government authorities when required
  • Negotiate the contracts or charges with the service providers or vendors

 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in aviation or airline industry, in which 5 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Familiar with Ground Handling and IOSA requirements
  • Good knowledge in Aviation Safety and Security
  • Excellent people management and communication skills with fast decision making
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with excellent customer service mindset
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
