Baggage Check-in and Delivery Services (Paid Services)
Baggage Delivery Service at Downtown
Passengers may check-in their baggage at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and delivered directly to their flight.
- Location: Level B2, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station
- Opening Hours: 08:30 - 18:00 daily
- Check-in and baggage drop-off available from 24 and up to 4 hours prior to their flight departure time.
- Baggage drop-off service fee: HK$120 per piece of baggage
Home Baggage Check-in Service
Enjoy the convenience of checking in your baggage from the comfort of your home in downtown Hong Kong. Your bags will be directly delivered to your flight.
*Please note that this baggage check-in and delivery service is subject to an additional fee.

- The service is not applicable to the following types of passengers:
- Group passengers
- Passengers travelling with infants
- Passengers requiring special assistance
- Baggage Specifications:
- Maximum weight of each baggage must not exceed 32kg (70lb)
- Total dimension of each baggage (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 203cm (80in).
- Oversized or overweight baggage cannot be accepted for this service.
- Special baggage (e.g. animals, food and perishable items) will not be accepted.
- Prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable or corrosive items will not be accepted.
- Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to make final decision regarding this service.
