Greater Bay Airlines x JCB Japan Cardholders – Terms & Conditions for 15% off Coupon on Round-Trip Tickets from Selected Destinations to Hong Kong

1. Coupon Redemption Period: 18 May 2026 to 31 July 2026

3. Applicable Travel Period: 19 May 2026 to 24 October 2026
4. Blackout Period: 18 July 2026 – 19 July 2026, 8 August 2026 – 16 August 2026, 19 September 2026 – 22 September 2026, 9 October 2026 – 11 October 2026
5. Each coupon contains a minimum of 11-character. It can be applied through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5(mobile website) and mobile application. The coupon code is only applicable to Japan - English version and Japan – Japanese version.
6. Each coupon can be applied to a single booking and is valid for up to 9 passengers per booking, and must be applied to round-trip flight bookings between specified destinations and Hong Kong for a designated number of passengers. If the customer is unable to apply the coupon, it will not be reissued.
7. To be eligible for this offer, the coupon code must be entered for each individual passenger at the time of booking.
8. This offer is valid only for JCB cards issued in Japan. Payment must be made using JCB card.
9. The coupon must be entered after completing passenger information. Customer must ensure the coupon is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered coupon code will not be eligible for a refund.
10. The coupon is only applicable to designated flights operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
11. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
12. The discounted price will be rounded to the nearest tenth (Not applicable to fixed-amount discount coupons).
13. The coupon does not apply to bookings for infant seating.
14. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply 75% of the adult fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight.
15. For an infant not occupying a seat is 10% of the adult fare plus any applicable taxes, and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance. 
16. The ticket validity will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
17. Travel must originate from Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Sapporo only.
18. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) (K/L/M/N/V/S/Q/O/X/T/E/U/A), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of the RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
19. Conditions and fees for changes/cancellation of unused tickets will vary depending on the fare type you have booked.
20. The ticket is non-reroutable and non-transferable.
21. Discounted fares after applying the coupon are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
22. Conditions of baggage allowance will vary depending on the branded fare type you have booked. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website. Infant not occupying seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.
23. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
24. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
25. All tickets and coupon cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items, no change will be provided for any unused balance.
26. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the coupon code will not be reissued.
27. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
28. This coupon promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
29. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
30. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
31. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
