MAINTENANCE LIAISON ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Maintenance Organization service providers by carrying out Ramp Liaison and Line Maintenance Quality Checks in Hong Kong
  • Support Maintenance Control functions and management of routine maintenance with onsite support
  • Support AOGs in Hong Kong with onsite support and ensuring sufficient manpower assignment to achieve efficient aircraft recovery
  • Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available in Ramp for aircraft trouble shooting and recovery
  • Initiate in continuous improvement projects for Ramp operations

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and / or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering roles
  • Holder of valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) eg. HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR, etc. or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in aviation maintenance (145) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis software applications
  • Shift duty and duty travel may be required
  • Independent, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of driving license
