AIRLINE PLANNING ANALYST
Job Description
You are expected to support and implement the Company strategic direction of fleet and network growth and to help optimise efficiency of operations and commercial results of the airline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full range of activities related to the development of the airline's route network, including fleet and network planning, schedule planning, schedule filing, and slot applications, addressing both regular and ad hoc needs
- Collaborate closely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, government agencies, and industry bodies during the schedule implementation processes
- Assist the team in securing traffic rights and obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and relevant industry bodies as required
- Conduct regular and ad hoc analytical reviews of route and network performance, identify trends and variances, report findings regularly to management, and provide improvement suggestions
- Participate in analyses of various planning and related projects, offering recommendations to support management decision-making
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience, previous experience in aviation is preferred but not a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience creating factual, relevant, and easily understandable materials
- Background in corporate strategy, international affairs or corporate affairs is preferred
- Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good business acumen, result driven, with project management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Airline Planning Officer
