Job Description

The successful candidate is expected to monitor the Customer Service team and take lead of the daily operations of the shop, handle all reservations and general enquiries from customers to ensure a high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the CS officer and take lead of daily operation of the shop at West Kowloon District
  • Assist customers on reservations and general enquiries.
  • Sell and display retail items on sales floor effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with new items ordering
  • Provide all necessary customer services while maintaining politeness and friendliness
  • Perform necessary record keeping and reporting sales in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible to perform and supervise housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 3-year related airline reservation / retail travel experience preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • GDS knowledge is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Shift Duty and able to work on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
