1.         Qualified passengers will receive an exclusive discount code via your order email within 7 working days.

2.         AIRSIM Redemption Period valid till 30 Sep 2025.

3.         For new AIRSIMer, you can either choose HK Post or self-collection. Please download and register AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before 31 Dec 2025 upon receipt of the new AIRSIM card in order to receive the free credit in the account. The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. 

4.         For existing AIRSIMer, simply fill in your AIRSIM Account No. (10-digit) on this page, AIRSIM shall load the HK$20 free credits to your designated account within 14 days upon application.

6.         In the event of any disputes during the use of AIRSIM, AIRSIM will be solely responsible for handling and bearing the related liabilities with consumers, suppliers, relevant agencies, etc. Greater Bay Area Airlines will not be held responsible.

1.         Ticket sales period: 24 April – 30 April 2025

2.         Travel commencing period: 4 May – 30 September 2025

3.         The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.

4.         The code must be used to book round-trip flights for two travellers to designated destinations. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

5.         The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.

6.         The specified promotional code is only applicable for purchasing specified round-trip flights between Hong Kong and Taipei, operated by Greater Bay Airlines.

7.         Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.

8.         The fares are eligible for passengers paying adult fare only.

9.         Customer under 12  years of age or Infant occupying seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance. 

10.   For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD 520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance. 

11.   The validity of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

12.   Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.

13.   Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

14.   Conditions and fees for changes will vary depending on the fare type you have booked.

15.   The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.

16.   Discounted fares are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.

17.   The ticket includes one piece of  20 kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.

18.   For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven ( 7 ) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten ( 10 ) days of the affected departure day.

19.   If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.

20.   All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

21.   The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.

22.   Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.

23.   All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.

24.   These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
