Terms and Conditions

1. Prize ticket will be issued in the name of the winner. Please make sure the name submitted for booking is same as the name printed on the travel document. Name change is not allowed. If changes to the booking are required due to the winner providing incorrect information, changes can be made within the ticket validity period, subject to an administration fee of HKD500 per transaction. 
2. Travelling period: 21 April  to 25 October, 2025. 
3. Blackout period: 
   Hong Kong to Osaka / Yonago / Tokushima: 12 July to 16 August, 26 September to 4 October 2025
   Hong Kong to Taipei / Bangkok: 26 September to 4 October 2025 
4. The winner must redeem the tickets within the period stated on this redemption letter, or else the prize will be forfeited. Confirmation of reservations will be subject to flight availability of Booking Class “U”. 
5. The prize ticket includes 1 piece of 20kg check-in baggage.  Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre. 
6. Prize ticket is valid on designated route operate by Greater Bay Airlines, open jaw tickets are not allowed.  
7. Change of departure date or flight will incur a fare difference or other service fees. 
8. Ticket issued is non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-transferrable.  
9. Applicable taxes and other surcharges are not inclusive and shall be collected at the time of ticket issuance. 
10. Accommodation, insurance and other service fees are not included in this Prize Ticket. 
11. Minimum stay and maximum stay of the Prize tickets are zero (0) days and fourteen (14) days respectively. Departure city and return trip destination must be Hong Kong (HKG).  
12. If the winner is under 12 years of age, he/she will have to be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. 
13. Winner must present a valid prize redemption letter and HKID or Travel document to claim for the prize. Winner can assign authorized person to collect the prize by presentation of a duly signed authorization letter, the original prize redemption letter, and photocopies of the winner’s HKID/Travel document. Failure to present the valid documents will render the winner disqualified and the prize forfeited. 
14. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day. 
15. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to not provide compensation to Prize ticket passengers in the event of flight disruptions or irregularities. 
16. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated, and the ticket will not be refunded except for any unused taxes. 
17. All Prize tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items. 
18. All Prize tickets are subject to the existing routes provided by Greater Bay Airlines. In the event of any route suspensions or cancellations, Greater Bay Airlines will not provide any cash compensation. 
19. If the Prize winner is subsequently disqualified or is found not eligible for the Prize, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to withhold the ticket or reclaim the ticket original price. 
20. The personal data collected in this activity will be used for this activity only. The data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party. 
21. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions. 
22. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
