【 Special Ticketing Guidelines】

Due to a change in the flight number, all scheduled flight numbers will be affected starting from October 29, 2023.

Passengers originally booked on the roundtrip flight HB681/682 from Hong Kong to Bangkok will be reaccommodated on the same day's roundtrip flight HB283/284 from Hong Kong to Bangkok. Passengers who have already completed their flight bookings will not be affected, and e-ticket Itinerary & Booking Confirmation will remain valid.

If you wish to rebook or request a refund, the charges will be waived*, including non-refundable tickets. Details are as follows:

^From the affected departure day. The waiver for rebooking requests can be applied only once.

How to arrange your ticket refund?

Please follow the below step to manage your ticket refund : 

Step 1 

Go to "Manage Booking" from Homepage of our website.

Click on the first column to enter the ticketing system.

Step 2

Input your ticket information including : 

  • Order number / electronic passenger ticket number
  • Last/Family name
  • First/Given name

Select the right Captcha picture to identify you are not robot.

Click "Search" button after finished.

Check "Order Information" and click "Apply for refund" if information is correct.

 

Step 3

Put a "√" on Outbund trip and click "Next" button if the information shown is correct. 

Step 4

Double check the information shown and input  "Reason of refund" to descript your reason of cancellation.

Choose Refund type, put a tick to show your understand on terms and conditions, fare rules and conditions of carriage. 

Click "Submit" button.

Step 5

Click "Confirm" to complete the refund process.  You will then receive message by e-mail. 

 

You will receive a confirmation email for ticket cancellation/refund application and the refund process will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
